Sabol, with a background as an investment advisor, became a landlord at the age of 22 (11 years ago).

Sabol purchased properties with none of his own money and became a real estate millionaire after his year-long journey to secure a $5-million line-of-credit from a local bank.

Currently, bank owned and foreclosed properties account for 32-percent of his real estate holdings and nearly 100% of his new acquisitions.
